Terrible experience. No digital rectal exam ever though he lied about it in the medical record. No Family History was recorded in the medical record either though the family history of cancer was clinically significant. When the PSA hit the roof all he did was refer out; he would not do a digital rectal exam himself despite my request. He lied about his recommendations as well which were not supported in the actual record. I personally find him culpable for the cancer that was later discovered. His office staff is insulting, simply put. If suing a doctor was nearly impossible in Florida I'd have him in court in a second. Personally, he's a nice chap, a guy you might go fishing with, but never, never let him be your physician.

Excellent doctor, kind, caring, professional.

First of all, his office needs to re-staff the whole front office people who make appointments. As for Dr. Conde himself, he is very nice and takes a lot of time listening to his patients HOWEVER he doesn't always do something about it. He says he can help but then drops the ball. He is a great diagnostician but when you are a patient for years and go for help and he promises help but then nothing ever happens, that becomes a huge disappointment - especially when you are not feeling well. Doctor's take an oath to help and he says he will help but he doesn't. If you dare call him out, his nurse will take it personally and tell you not to come back and find another doctor. That is WRONG.

Dr. Conde is a fine Doctor and very caring,BUT, the office staff is awful. I was put on hold for 45 minutes trying to make an appointment. I could not get through and am forced to leave for another Doctor.
