I need complete dentures and my complete dentures were already approved by my Insurance, Unitedhealthcare. I called the Neighborcare dental clinic at Pacific Tower to make an appointment. They sent me to this dentist named "dr.cordoba". For the first appointment he sent a bill of $260 to my insurance for what he calls "ESTABLISH CARE" Then on the 2nd appointment, is for the dentures making, he told me he needs "medicaid approval" first, I told him I'm on Medicare Advantage, I don't need medicaid approval and I show him the dentures approved letter from my UnitedHealthCare insurance but he keeps lying that he needs Medicaid approval first. I called my Medicaid and they said "DR. CORDOBA" is a FKN liar. They told me to look for another dental clinic. How can this happen? I always trust the Neighborcare health clinic system. F**K CORDOBA and F**K NEIGHBORCARE CLINICS. Can you explain this to me? On the first appointment I showed CORDOBA the dentures approved letter from my insurance,… United health care. He read the letter then he told me he will make me a good complete dentures. He sent a bill of $260 to my UnitedHealthCare for that appointment. The bill doesn't mention anything about the dentures but something else, what he calls "ESTABLISH CARE". On the 2nd appointment I show him another denture approved letter that I received from Unitedhealthcare, I thought he will start the denture making procedure, but he didn't, he told me he needs a medicaid approval first, he points his finger to a LCD screen and told me Medicaid require to know why I need a denture. I know it's his FKN lie so I told him to print that medicaid message out for me so I can show it to my insurance, but instead print that medicaid message, he prints a list of dental clinics in Seattle and hands that list to me. At that time I knew the Neighborcare dental clinic sent me to a crook. CORDOBA is not a ordinare Crook, but a professional Crook. When I got home, I called my Medicaid and they told me the so-called "DR.CORDOBA" is a FKN liar and they also told me it's better for me to look for another different dental clinic.
