I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance to see Dr. Jose De La Cerda. The appointment was scheduled for Wednesday the 4th. The Friday before my appointment I received both a phone call and text message confirming my appointment. I show up to my scheduled appointment and was told that my appointment wasn't until the 8th. I kindly showed the receptionist my confirmation text message and played her the saved voicemail I received the Friday before. She began looking looking through the system and could not figure out what happened. She then went in the back to speak with Dr. Jose De La Cerda in which she returned with the response from the Dr. that he is unable to see me today. Nowhere did I ever receive a phone call or text message to reschedule. The receptionist couldn't even tell me how their schedule got messed up. Extremely upsetting that I had to wait 3 weeks for my scheduled appointment just to be told that the Dr. is unable to see me on my scheduled appointment date.… Unbelievable! I do hope you all have a better experience with Dr. Jose De La Cerda than what I did. I will never go back.

Today was my first visit with Dr. De La Cerda. I was immediately put at ease by Dr. DLC upon entering the room. His questions were clear and relevant. He anticipated my questions and the few I did have were answered clearly. I recommend Dr. DLC without reservation.
