His office staff are incompetent. They will give you an attitude for simple requests and come across as miserable employees.

I will keep it short. This doctor is a limb salvage doctor. I went to numerous vascular surgeons and almost all wanted to amputate. His office is always busy but he gives you the time you need but doesn't sugar coat anything. I either did what he said or I would need an amputation like the other docs said. Of course he wouldn't guanettee me anything but he did say that my chances of keeping my leg and foot were great if I followed his instructions. Bottom line, years later I have my foot!!!! Yes the office is crowded. Yes it takes time. yes to the normal irritating things you would find in any other doctors office, but this guys is the real deal and he cares. I now consider him part of my extended family!

Terrible customer service! Scheduler had disgusting attitude and hung up on me as I tried to set up an appointment. This podiatrist seems to have offices in several NYC boroughs and doesn't stay in one place for too long. He's inconsistent with his appointments and the patient has to chase him around the city to get care. Not okay for someone with foot problems! If you have a recurring issue, do yourself a favor and find a doctor with a stable office.
