worst experience. rude and unprofessional experience. Treated poorly from staff and dr.

His nurse practitioner did a terrible job. She was slow, failed to inform me of all the processes needed to get a CPAP device recertified. It took four weeks and several phone calls by me just to get a sleep study scheduled. Then it took four weeks to get the final result of the sleep study. Then before prescribing a new CPAP device I had to be seen by the doctor Whom I’ve never seen. I had had some surgery and was unable to use my CPAP device. They did not tell me that I had to use it for 30 days continuously before coming in. If you want service and to be taken care of at minimum I would not see the nurse practitioner. It took me over three months just to reach this point. I can’t evaluate the doctor himself since I never saw him. Good luck

Lynette, ARNP is amazing! So glad we found her! Thorough and knowledgeable. Takes the time you need to explain test results and plan of care.

Very poor or no communication between office staff and the Dr and/or NP. 3x I was supposed to see Dr and it got cx or re-sceduled. I finally got in and instead saw the NP when I had asked for and been specifically told I'd be seeing the Dr. I've now pneumonia for over 2 mo. and am finally going to see the Dr.....so they say. I know he is a good Dr . My recent situation has just been one big cluster. Because I can't get in to see HIM. In the meantime my health is taking a HUGE hit.

have only seen Dr in hosp. I only see the ARNP in office. very disappointing because I would like to see him other than the hosp. . I do give credit to the ARNP though. Seem to very knowledgeable.

Very pleased with the doctor's treatment, but VERY DISPLEASED with front desk staff as far as phone goes. I tried to call six times today, and multiple times on other occasions, and received an answering machine message that I should "call back during normal business hours". His office is open from 9AM-4PM, Monday-Friday. I did not call before 10 AM nor after 4 PM. When do they actually ANSWER the phone?!

While in the Hospital for Pneumonia Dr. Delgado urged me sign a DNR. In the ambulance I stopped breathing. I asked my Family Doctor to explain what a DNR ment since Delgato did not. He said in the Ambulance I would not have been resuscitated if I had the DNR at that time and would have been DOA.
