Hidden costs beware! If you are interested in the supervised weight loss program ask about total cost including supplements you can get over the counter, but they do not tell you that, you have to read about it in the pamphlet. I paid $400+ on my first official visit, that is crazy to say the least, but maybe its just me. First of all the office assistant weighs you, which is not a proper body fat analysis. I learned my lesson the hard weigh. Go to weight watchers instead, or just do it yourself it will save you loads of money.

The staff at Creations Medical Spa is awesome! They took care of all my concerns in a caring and friendly manner. Very happy with their services and highly recommend to all, whether it be to shop online or as a walk in patient.

I have always had "baggy" eyes and thought I would either have to live with it, or have to have eye surgery. I was wrong! I no longer look tired when feeling rested.A few minutes in the office and I now look refreshed,rested and a few years younger.Friendly educated to staff to answer all my questions and to explain all options.

I just got my Body Laser Sculpting by Dr. Diaz. The results are truly amazing. I could not have imagined how great I would end up looking. The Doctor's attention to detail is fantastic. I highly recommend him and his caring staff to all my friends. I will be his patient for cosmetic procedures for life.

the consultation was Free. Dr. Diaz was very informative. I did not feel pressured in any way. I got laser body sculpting. I have recommended it to my friends. I would definitely do it again. I love the results and highly recommend the doctor.

I have to say going to Dr.Diaz office was enjoyable, it started out with calling to set up a consultation, they fit me in right away and best of all it was free.I was greeted by a friendly staff and a peaseful atmisphere.I filled out a brief health history form, and was greated by Dr.Diaz.He explaned everything in detail and took his time i never felt rushed at all. I ended up booking my procedure that day.I am getting the Laser Body Sculpting done on my lower belly and love handles. They also gave me 3 references for me to speak with who also received the same procedure. The staff made everything so easy, and now after getting my LBS done my results are fabulas. I would recomend this to anyone!!!! In addition it is always important to go to a Dr. and staff who makes you feel comfortable,thats why i chose Dr.Jose Diaz.REMEMBER THIS IS YOUR MOMENT I TIME YOU DESERVE THE BEST!!!
