Dr. Jose Galinda Galindo, MD

Dr. Galindo is an amazing Endocrinologist and one of the most caring physicians I have ever seen. My initial appointment with him was an extended appointment, which I figured was to give me plenty of time to fill out the necessary paperwork. I didn’t realize that my actual time with the doctor would also be extended, during which time he performed the physical exam but also spent a lot of time asking questions, answering my questions, and providing full explanations of what was going on. I was amazed that he took the time to answer all my questions and treated me like I was an intelligent person. Every appointment I have with Dr. Galindo is informative and very pleasant. It is rare to find a doctor who is not only excellent in their field but also has true compassion for their patients, but Dr. Galindo definitely excels in both areas. I highly recommend him if you are in need of an Endocrinologist!

He's a great doctor that I know I'd recommend him to someone

I have found Dr. Galindo a very professional and caring Dr. who has treated my diabetes since I was diagnosed 1 1/2 years ago. Very happy with him and his staff

Got no information other than 2 pages printed off the internet with a definition of illness and the after care for a procedure that was never explained in detail nor was I informed of how to prepare for the procedure. When tried to postpone procedure was informed that "it's already been ordered and it's very expensive". Felt very rushed and bullied into procedure. Will not return.

Here's the deal. He's a good endocrinologist, one of the best in the area, who unfortunately lacks people skills ans has a God complex. He will tell you himself during your first appointment, that if you are willing to do exactly what he says he can help you; otherwise you should go someplace else. If you are the type that has low self-esteem, worships your doctors, and will blindly do as you are told, this may be the practice for you. However, if you are the type who asks questions and expects your doctors to understand and address your concerns, you should head his advice and find another doctor.

YES I WOULD REFER HIM HE IS A VERY GOODENDOCRINOLOGIST DOCTOR. I HAVE BEEN HIS PATIENT A LONG TIME. A VERY GOOD DOCTOR AND HIS SATAFF ARE VERY NICE.

I miss him being in Carlisle. I may start to see him in Harrisburg as I liked him that much.

He was great. Wish I could find him again ~he left Cumberland Valley Endocronology. I can't find anyone as thorough and concerned as he was.
