Jose Gomez, MD

Jose E. Gomez, MD, provides care for patients of all ages and feels a great sense of satisfaction when he can help improve your quality of life. He has a genuine love for what he does.
He's especially passionate about limb salvage and works hard to promote it to other physicians in the area, coordinating services with vascular surgeons and interventional cardiologists to save patients' limbs, whenever possible.
Dr. Gomez is a graduate of Montemorelos University in Nuevo Leon, Mexico. He completed an undersea and hyperbaric medicine fellowship at Louisiana State University and his family medicine residency at Bella Vista Hospital in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. He holds board certification by the American Board of Preventive Medicine.
In this time outside of work, Dr. Gomez enjoys spending quality time with his family.
