Dr. Jose Luis Gonzalez, MD

I received a routine physical exam yesterday and broke down in tears and panic because it triggered my PTSD from when I was Jose’s growth hormone patient from ages 10-14. That was from ‘89-‘93. I didn’t have the guts to search him out and write a review before, but now I am fueled by rage. I’m 40 years old now and will forever suffer from the emotional trauma he caused. I felt humiliated and violated. When my mother complained that a female should be performing my exams, he threatened to kick me out of the trial program and cut off my medication, if she complained again. I will never escape the feeling of humiliation and shame when I clean my own body in a shower. I will never escape the disgust and panic when other doctors touch me. Jose’s unethical behavior caused me to be unable to nurse my babies because of the feelings of disgust with my body. I hope you read these reviews, Jose. I want anyone reading this to do a twitter search on “Princess Snide Dr Jose Gonzalez.” I… finally had the courage to write it all out. It was semi-cathartic, but I will feel no actual peace until I read his obituary.

My wife has had an issue for over 20 years. She finally got the courage to seek professional help a few weeks ago. She left work early, rushed to the appointment. Bad traffic made her 8 minutes late. Dr. Gonzalez refused to see her. The receptionist was rude. My wife sat in the parking lot for half an hour crying. Now refuses to seek another doctor. It took her so long to get up the courage to see him and basically had the door slammed in her face. HE SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!

Dr Gonzalez was my dr yrs ago and i could never thank him enough. He was caring and he listened to me. I just wished that he would have stayed in Dallas. He treated me like i was really special. He is amazing at what he does. The best!!!!
