Horrible at returning calls and meeting patient needs

You’ll end up admitted to a hospital before you can see the doctor.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Ruiz for years. My husband finally was put in hospice by Dr. Ruiz. The care was excellent. His care of my case has been excellent. I would recommend him above and beyond all other doctors. We are so fortunate to have him in the Valley.

The staff is courteous. And the doctors there are very caring .

Number one thing I like from this office is the waiting time to be seen. Even if you are a first time patient as a walk in, the most total time you spend to be seen is 1 - 1 1/2 hr. Which is not bad at all compared to the other 2 sister offices between (3-4hrs of waiting time). Dr lares office staff also carries themselves very professional and friendly around the patients . If you have an appt the most I have spent at office total time from signing In to leaving is between 40- 1 hr. That's great especially when you have pain . I would recommend everyone to this office location.
