Horrible dr. Told him for years what was going on and he didn’t believe me because he thought I was too young to have pelvic prolapse.

Dr Maceda is very caring and professional. He takes his time and thoroughly explains everything. I had hysterectomy by a different gynecologist almost two years ago which resulted in a VVF. I had a VVF repair about a year and a half ago. While Dr Maceda did not perform the surgery, he had a big part in my recovery. I highly recommend Dr Maceda.

Dr. Maceda performed a procedure on me and when I called with negative symptoms he tried to blame ME for the problems not anything HE did. I saw that I was dealing with an egomaniac and went to another doctor who had to repair the damage Maceda did. Don't be tricked by his dripping kind act - this guy is a wolf in sheep clothing. He doesn't want to take responsibility for anything he does wrong. Move on.

He implanted me with transvaginal mesh which destroyed my life. When I went back to him with severe problems he dismissed my complaints. All he cares about is his reputation NOT patients!

If looking for help in this area do yourself a favor and see Dr. Maceda. I had issues after childbirth 6 months postpartum and was not healing from the damage done during delivery. Dr. Maceda was SO so helpful and respectful. He was very knowledgeable and informative and presented all options for treatment. After he operated on me he continues to personally call and check up on my progress. After having pain from a related issue (not from his surgery) he got me an appointment to see me within the hour. I am now healed and am so grateful for his help to finally be pain free.

Search for doctors carefully and don't go by Top Doc ratings alone.

I recently had a hysterectomy and bladder repair performed by Dr. Maceda. I have never had a doctor so caring and kind. He spent hours with me prior to the operation to explain everything thoroughly. The operation was a success and my recuperation period was minimal without pain. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Maceda as an excellent urogynocologist.

I suffered for years with the embarrassment of OAB. After surgery and treatment I am feeling so much better. I require ongoing injections to maintain my comfort and doctor is the most caring and professional ever. He has always been available when I have needed him. I highly recommend him.

I was taken in by his pretense at caring about patients. You'll see the other side after he gets your insurance payment. A Jekyll and Hyde. He's paid by pharmaceutical companies to use their dangerous products.
