Horrible and rude, said to my mom not to worried, the max could be cancer.

Dr. Martinez does spend enough time with his patients. My appointment was less than 4 minutes. Very bad experience!!!

I arrived at your office today for a 12:00 noon appointment. I left very aggravated at 1:30pm with no sign of your arrival. FYI I am not going to sit and wait for hours for a 5 minute Cpap Rx renewal appointment. Your office is an unfriendly place as well with a frown on every face. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

I had a hard time convincing the operator I didn't want a video conference; I wanted to make an appointment instead. I get switched and the other young woman who was short with me as well. All I said was where is the office located; it's been a year and I've only been there once. She says no you haven't you've been been several times. JUST TELL ME THE ADDRESS. What's so hard?

I understand any Physician’s professional need to desensitize themselves from their patients, but there is a vast difference between objectivity and downright rudeness. My mother recently turned 74, and was slightly alarmed to find an unidentified mass on her lung x-ray. Her primary physician referred her to Dr. Jose Martinez, a pulmonologist for Broward North Hospital. His brash lack of bedside manner was immediately disturbing, as he briefly, (and incorrectly) began barking out the finer points of her medical history. Within the 90 seconds we spent in his presence, he eluded to the probability of it being Lung Cancer, orders a Biopsy, and leaves the room. (Thankfully, his opinion turned out to be DEAD WRONG, but it made the entire week before the biopsy a lot more difficult than it had to be) The following week, she had a Breathing Test done, and she still has YET to hear from him, in regards to either of these tests. (Apparently, everyone in his office is as rude and dismissive… as he is.) The only reason I gave him one star is because you can’t give zero....

Clearly this physican is dealing with issues in his own life to be so unkind and unprofessional with families of patients who are critically ill. He was rude, unkind and down right arrogant. I will pray for him.

careless attitude
