I don’t like his tone. He walks in the room and arrogantly say “why are you here”, “I know nothing about you”. When he clearly has reviewed my scan. His bedside manner needs some improvement! He represents your hospital, very negatively!

Great bedside manor listened to everything and was very descriptive of the surgery I was preparing for I highly recommend him .

I was fortunate to get a same day appointment with Dr Menendez as it turned out my situation was urgent. He highly recommended surgery ASAP but travel distance did not allow us to do it with him. He consulted with his team and were able to do the surgery at a closer hospital. Thank you for caring about me and talking to your team Dr Menendez.

I have given a portion of my care to Dr. Jose A. Menendez because he has given me honest and straight answers about my spinal care, at least as best he could. Some of the information is hard to heard concerning the condition of my spinal. I respect that. He told me that surgery. The appointment was 2 hours late due to him taking the time to help his patients.

Everything was correct, fast, and clear. He's a knowledgeable and straightforward doctor. I have no complaints about anyone on his team. Everyone was friendly.

Dr Jose Menendez was kind, explained everything, and answered my questions. My surgery went very smooth, and recovery is going well. The office visits do run 30 to 60 minutes late each visit, so that is one thing that is frustrating, but I feel safe in Dr Menendez care.

Dr. Menendez is a great doctor, very knowledgeable and caring, I’ve had a great experience with him and how he tried my diagnosis made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend him to my family & friends.
