Dr. Jose Francisco Pascual, MD

He use to be a good doctor, but the last few years, we feel he has other interest. My wife is a COPD patient, he has not done a ABG for years. He switched her to a vent without testing her blood. He said to us that the bipap was working fine and no problems. Then We said we needed the bipap adjusted, it has been years. Then he sent out a ventilator. The tech that delivered it and my wife have been waiting over a week for him to tell the settings. I have called and he has the results of the vent and the ABG thanks to our primary doctor. We never get a call back from Dr Pascual. I am thinking of switching back to bipap and make the settings according to the ABG results. My wife and I would have given him a 5 stars before covid, since then, we find his office staff putting the answer machine on and never get a call back. This was not like that 3 or 4 years ago. Something happened I guess. May look around for another doc. We hate to as he saved my wife's life years back. I hope he… gets back to the doctor we knew years ago.

My husband and I love Dr Pascual! He finally found out what is wrong with me and has helped me to get better with treatment and sending me to further specialist. I love dr. Pascual he is a great man very compassionate great bedside manner he literally saved my life highly recommend him with anyone suffering lung problems he knows what he's doing

After searching and trying a few different pulmonary Drs., I finally found , the one I think is the best Coming from Boston, I knew it would be difficult to find a Dr. ,that compared to the one I had, well I found him. Can only say, you’ll be so happy you found him

APPOINTMENT FOR 230, STILL HAD NOT SEEN HIM AFTER 4PM, FINALLY WALTZES IN LISTENED TO CHEST, TELLS ME TO COME BACK IN 3 MOS. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME

I've been seeing Dr. Pascual for some time now so my review is based on numerous visits. Never a long wait; has helped with insurance and supplier issues (and there have been several). I know he actually hears me when we're talking. I believe it's important to have a rapport with your doctor and his support team. I LOVE Dr. Pascual and his extraordinary staff! Always professional, knowledgeable, friendly, caring......no ego just real people, not medical untouchables. AUTHENTIC! So happy and blessed to have found Dr. Pascual and his wonderful staff.

Dr. JOSE PASCUAL TREATED MY HUSBAND FOR MONTHS, HE KEPT HIM OUT OF WORK, NEVER FOLLOWED UP AFTER MANY CALLS FROM INSURANCE CO, AND BOTH ME & MY HUSBAND & ATTORNEY. NEVER FILLED OUT PAPER WORK EVEN AFTER HE PROMISED HE WOULD. LONG STORY SHORT MY HUSBAND WAS DENIED LOST 5 MONTHS PAY. BUT HEY HE GOT PAID. HE DIDNT MISS A BEAT. PART OF TREATING YOUR PATIENTS IS FILING PROPER REPORTS TO INSURANCE CO. WE ALMOST LOST OUR HOME BECAUSE HIM & STAFF DIDNT DO THERE JOB. HOPE YOU NEVER HAVE TO GO THRU THIS. THE STRESS OF YOUR HEALTH ON TOP OF NOT GETTING COMPENSATED & GETTING THE RUN AROUND. JUST DEPLORABLE CARE.

I am tough on doctors as I am very pro-active in my care, having moved around so much in my life. I felt like my visit was a huge success and we heard each other for a great plan to deal with my Asthma and COPD. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Pascual and look forward to future success with controlling my ails.
