Dr. Jose Ramon Reyes JR., MD

BEWARE OF THIS FACILITY and THIS DOCTOR; DR. JOSE REYES!!!!! My husband SUFFERED a STROKE WHILE under his care. Just 2 days AFTER a procedure. We are dealing with a lot from the malice of this uncaring so called physician.

I find Dr Reyes to be very qualified in his profession. He listens carefully and is very direct with his answers. The only reason I gave four stars is because of wait times and phone contact is every difficult at times. I haven't had the need to do that recently so I do not know if that has been addressed within and resolved.

He is a great doctor how ever his reception staff needs a swift kick in the Booty to get them To pay more attention to the Patients instead of themselves. They are very slow and will not answer the Phone half of the time.

I have been seeing Dr, Reyes for some years now and he is an excellent Dr. Which OS more than I can say say with his office staff, can never get thru to make an appointment, left countless messages, with no return calls back from office staff to make a procedure appointment. Very frustrated!

The doctors are great if you can ever get in to see one of them. No one never answer the phone very upsetting

Mr Hatmaker has compassion for his patients. He’s been my doctor for many years and I’m very satisfied with his decisions of how to control my pain. I want to thank him for his service!!

Sitting in Dr. Reyes office as I write this review. My appointment ran 1 1/2 hours behind while all the office staff is standing around talking and laughing extremely loud and not waiting on patients. The comments from the staff is really not appropriate for patients to be hearing.

Dr. Reyes is a superb Physician and healer, who worked carefully with my Spine Doctor/Surgeon to do several injections to alleviate intense pain in my lower back. Now that my spinal surgeries are complete, I am free of the pain and moving on, but Dr. Reyes and his team played a large role in my recovery.

Dr Reyes is an excellent doctor!! He’s courteous, well mannered, and makes you feel at ease. He cares about your well being and excellent at managing pain. I highly recommend him! We love him!!

dr. reyes and dr. hatmaker is two very fine doctors,these two are the first 2 doctors i have been to that really listened to me about my pain,last month i received an injection for carpal tunnel syndrome in my wrist,before the pain scale was about an 8,after the injection my pain in my wrist was not there too me,i highly recommend a visit to these doctors if you are in pain,i want to let these 2 doctors know how much i thank them for their caring and suggesting these injections!
