Dr. Jose Raul Soto, MD

Dr. Soto was on call and I had a terrible experience. This is what happened to me a couple of months ago, on a Friday when Dr. Soto answered my call when I was feeling really bad, my pressure was very high and I was scared and anguished and instead of being empathic, listen to me, And try to calm me down, he would not even let me explain my condition and my symptoms. The only thing he did is shut me up and behave in a non-empathic and even rude way. I felt so frustrated and desperate that I wished I had not call him. Instead of helping me, he made me feel ever worse. When you feel bad at night, the least you need is for the doctor on duty to scold you and be rude to you. That does not help, it does not make you feel better, on the contrary, it causes you more stress and pain. This is not a good Doctor behavior.

I have been Dr. Sotos patient for over 7 years. I have seen him go through 3 moves the latest one being the problem. Since his last move the wait time in the office has increased as well as the wait time once you are shown into the examining room. My last visit I forced myself to be patient when it reached one hour in the exam room, then went out and complained. The staff behind the desk reminds me of postal workers. I still go to Dr Soto for I believe in him and want to believ this is no fault of his own, just too many Dr's in one office and bad management by office staff.

Dr. Raul Soto was very rude and told me not to come back unless I was really sick. He had been my cardiologist for five years but not anymore.
