Speaking aggressively and in a condescending manner is never acceptable. Speaking loading to prevent your patient from speaking us rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this practice. There are too many other Doctors where you will be treated respectfully.

Dr. Torres has been my doctor for many years and I completely trust his recommendations regarding my care and well being. I believe he sincerely cares about his patients and does all that he is able to improve their quality of live.

NEVER had a less than stellar experience. Always on time. Great staff. Wonderful bedside manner.

listens, kind friendly staff. Very organized, yet I've never felt rushed through. Thank God for him!

I have been going here for over 15 yrs. The Dr, is wonderful . But I have had problems with the new staff ( approx. 4 yrs) . I can't get a return call ( most times) or a correct answer to my problem with the presc . that the nurse writes. Because so many prescs have had to be fixed , I have a hard time with them even talking to me. If I don't watch out for me, who will ? I'm Not the only patient that has had to have the prescriptions fixed . I leave messages for the Nurse or Office manager to call me and Nothing . I get the voice mail more than a person answering the phone. Love the Dr. But some of the staff , needs re-trained.

Can't make appointment Never returned phone calls. Rude on phone. I don't know what there staff problem

I have been to so many doctors since I fell 27 years ago and my life was changed forever. This is a wonderful doctor who will help you any way he can. The staff is a pleasure to deal with too. As a RN I can highly recommend this physician.

Dr Torres has done several spinal injections in both my lumbar and cervical regions and they have helped out tremendously. He also was a strong advocate for the spinal stimulator that I had implanted two years ago and it has worked amazing. Highly recommend him and his staff.
