Worst hellhole in Corpus! Rudest staff. 3 hr waits. Go to a professional office instead.

Dr schedules appointments starting at 8 am and does not show up till 9:30-10. And wonders why his patients are unhappy.

3 hour visit, not unusual. Will not answer phone or return calls, felt like hearding cattle , no doctor explains

I would never recommend this doctor, I would have to wait weeks for my meds and his staff was extremely rude...this doctor don't care about his patients anymore

Staff is incompetent. Don't take patients needs seriously.

My father is a patient and we live in Victoria and it is difficult to get ahold of anyone. When you finally do get someone they are beyond rude. I do not appreciate these "so called professionals" speaking to my father in a derogatory way. I am only speaking about the staff. how you girls still have jobs is beyond me. how could you not answer the phone when people count on their prescriptions. I am beyond furious and intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. my father deserves proper care. he has waited by the phone for over a week now. no one has called him. Dr. Trevino my suggestion to you is get a better staff because they are an extension of your practice. my dad is in a lot of pain and the least your staff can do is answer the phone. if they cant handle that then hand them the pink slip they deserve. I hope to get a response back.

I have been rescheduled twice for my cervical transforminal epidural injection without any explanation. I heard in the waiting room Dr Trevino is under investigation. If anyone knows the facts behind this rumor please respond I don't want to end up paralyzed. I'm in quite of bit of pain and my pain medication has been delayed three times. The front desk employees don't answer any of my questions and I was crossed examined by two employees during my urine analysis. What happened to innocent before proven guilty . I am an old goverment retiree being treated like a criminal. These new employees are ignorant and rude and incompetent and very disrespectful. I am currently seeking another pain management doctor if any recommendations please respond.
