Terrible experience called ahead of time to give insurance information. They don’t answer the telephone hang on for 45 minutes when given the insurance information when I got there, they had the old insurance then they had to verify the corporate office. I had to sit there when I went to go see the doctor the doctor handed me the paper of my bloodwork did not explain anything to me. I also had a mammogram. Didn’t have anything results when I went to the front desk, I asked for a copy of it. He didn’t even examine my breast. This is not fair to do this to the patient and also he is very hard to understand. Couldn’t get a chance to ask him any questions he ran out.

Love the Dr. Love his staff. He’s kind and gentle. So happy I found him and his staff.

The front desk lady was nice it was first sign in. The nurse and doctor was friendly. The wait to see the doctor was fast. I love the new place they moved to. The staff is very sweet and friendly ladies.

LOVE DR. VALLADARES HE'S VERY CARING , FRIENDLY, AWESOME DOCTOR ?? The STAFF AND NURSES ARE ALL EXCEPTIONAL. BUT , I GOT TO SAY I LOVE , LOVE , MARILYN ?? SHE ALWAYS PUTS ME AT EASE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. VALLADARES ??

Front desk staff not friendly .valladares nurse was very friendly talked to me about what I had to do where I could understand what was going on

Office staff and nurse were very polite and helpful. Dr. Vallederas spent less than one minute with me on this my first appointment. He spoke too fast and offered no opportunity for questions before walking out stating I need weekly shots and to return in 4 weeks. I’m disappointed and will not return.
