I have been going to Dr Heyrana for almost 20 years. She has kept me healthy and encourages good health practices. I feel the negative comments in previous reviews could be a reaction to her mild manner. When I receive a personal call from a doctor at 8:30 at night to discuss my lab test, I feel that is excellent outreach.

After years of spending over 45 min to over an hour waiting to see her. On my last visit she asked how I was doing? I said I was ok, but would a lot feel better if I didn't have to wait over an hour to see her each visit. She said, well you know what you can do about it; find another Doctor! I was shocked at her statement. Two weeks later I received a certified letter in the mail from her office telling me I had 30 days to find another doctor. During that time she would only see me on an emergency basis. Terrible Doctor- terrible experience!!! Still can't believe it happened!!

Out of all the doctors' office I've been to, this is the worst! Especially the staff! Their front people does not know how to give good customer service, not even a smile. Most of the time they don't know what they are doing. So incompetent! It was a very disappointing experience! I will not recommend this place to anyone!

My whole family has been with Dr. Heyrana for 20 years now and she has treated us all with great health and superb service. She spend time with all of us and with other members of my family and my wifes family that we recomended to her. She always listen to our problems and always provide us excellent medical treatments and advices. She is an an excellent doctor with and excellent bed side manner.

Dr. Heyrana has been my Doctor for 28 years. She is also our family doctor for now my daughter Alisa, our third generation. She has excellent bed side manners, excellent in her diagnose, always calls us and keep us informed. I would recomend her any time to those who are seeking profesional help and assistance.
