Very rude and doesn't care about the children just the money!!!

Every time that I have been to see this doctor, I have had to wait no less than an hour to get called back. When calling to make an appt,it seems to be routine to be put on hold several times per call. The front office staff seems uncaring and unprofessional. Dr. Rodriguez seems rushed, but caring.This whole office needs to be trained with office etiquette and SCHEDULING appt. properly in a way that wouldn't cause long waits with little time spent with the doctor.

I believe this Dr. Cares about her patients, but her staff doesnot operate with the same values. She is a little cut & dry, moving quickly to & from patient, because she has an erroneous amount of patients. It's frustrating as a parent to keep giving my child prescribed antibiotics & they continue to get sick, & when asked she gives a stronger dose. I want to know what is the cause, & not mask it. A parent must be conscientious with this Dr. & not afraid to ask questions. She is a good person, I believe she would be a better Dr. with a lighter case load bsc she appears overwhelmed & more intuned staff .

She does not spend enough time the patients and rushes the appointments and you never get a clear answer as to what the diagnosis is.
