Dr. Joselito B Morales, MD

Dr. Morales earned his medical degree from the University of the Philippines, College of Medicine in Manila, Philippines. Dr. Morales received his general psychiatric training at Creedmoor Psychiatric Center in Queens Village, New York, Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, Columbia University-Dept. of Psychiatry, New York and at the North Chicago V.A.- University Health Sciences/Chicago Medical School in North Chicago, Illinois. He completed a fellowship in Public and Community Psychiatry at the Columbia University-New York State Psychiatric Institute in New York City in 1990. He had faculty appointments at Columbia University and the University of Kentucky. Dr. Morales is Board Certified in General Psychiatry. Prior to joining us at the CSB, Dr. Morales was the Forensic Program Medical Director at Eastern State Hospital in Williamsburg, Virginia.
