Dr. Jose Luis Jimenez, MD

Dr. Jimenez is a very kind, patient and thorough physician. He made me feel cared for and his treatment was right-on since the first time.. I have been his patient for several years and I continue to recommend him.

I had an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE with Dr. Jimenez. His office staff was very cordial. Dr. Jimenez listen to my concerns attentively, was thorough in his examination and gave me the appropriate treatment. I was happy to follow up with him as he explained with detail all the lab results. Now my whole family visits Dr. Jimenez.

La espera para ser atendido es muy lenta te atiende después de esperar por una hora a hora y media, El Dr. no atiende a los pacientes a la hora de la cita indicada. Tiene muchos pacientes y no es profesional. La sala de espera es pequeño y el parqueo fuera de su oficina es muy estrecho.

I only wait 5 min, the staff was awesome, the Dr explain everything in detail, always smiling and he was very patient with my daughter (that was there with me). I highly recommend this doctor.

I had a very good experience with this clinic, starting with the staff, the waiting time, etc. The Dr is excellent he speaks fluent English, Spanish, ...

The facility Medical Access is decent and the assisting staff (nurses, etc.) are wonderful. However, Dr. Jiminez is the worst doctor I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I went in for back pain. Dr. Jiminez didn't introduce himself at any point during the entire appointment. He did not listen to my answers to his questions (often a simple yes or no) which caused him to ask the same question multiple times. He made guesses as to what the problem was even when my symptoms did not match up. And lastly when asked what he thought the problem was, he actually said the phrase no patient wants to hear from a doctor if they are competent...."I don't know," with no suggestion as to a solution or referral to another doctor for help in diagnosis. I would not write off this facility, but I would absolutely urge anyone who goes there to request to see any other doctor on staff besides this one.
