I got the most unbelievable runaround you would not believe by where he works. Advanced Pain Care and believe it is a scam to steal my identity so their staff can get our pain medicine run by their children.

Dr. Paterno not only changed & enhanced my life, but also saved it. My chronic pain has not only crippled me physically, but it was equally if not more debilitating my emotional health. I’ll spare the specifics, but, I had to walk away from my career and life goals when I got sick with only a year remaining until graduating medical school and also turning pro as a fitness competitor. In the 4yrs since then my pain has prevented me from accomplishing any goals and has basically limited my life to being bed rested and without hobbies or happiness. Through his incredible knowledge and compassionate heart, Dr. Paterno has implemented a treatment plan that has me on the path to a fully rejuvenated and enhanced quality of life. I have never been more optimistic and grateful for what my life holds for me in both present & future.

Had a car accident and soul sucking pain since. This doctor has helped me and we have tried some simple (some custom cream) and also more involved therapies (nerve blocks with ultrasound) that have definitely helped. The injection was pretty easy and not scary at all. Im not cured but Im better at least.

Looks young but really thorough and helped me out. Good at explaining. Not big on prescribing pills but found some good ways to control my back and neck pain.

Really helped brainstorm different things we could try for my body and back pain after surgery. Helped manage my meds. We tried some injections too that have been helping more than other stuff I tried before. Seems to have a lot of ideas and doesn't give up when my other doctor said they couldn't do anything

I've met some less than stellar pain doctors before - like the kind where the visit is really rushed and they want to do an injection without explaining why. Dr. P followed up with me after my MRI and also explained the reason why they wanted to do the back injection. He did it with another guy who was older and just watched. Shot seems to be working so far.

Gave new insight into my problem, did thorough exam, and diagnosed different aspect of my pain which turned out to be correct.
