Same staff member argued with me about my address, then she entered the wrong address. The bills were never received so they were never paid. Same woman failed to call Humana insurance to request permission for a shot to my lower back. For ten days I was transferred around and no one would make the call to Humana. My last hospital appointment, the same woman called the hospital and changed my appointment 4 times. At 7:30 a.m. I could not find a ride. Cancelled the appointment and found a doctor with a functional staff.
