He is an excellent Doctor..Pleasent Enviroment.Tammy is a terrific receptionist..He is very good and finding your problem and doing everything in his power to make you feel better and get healthy again.

The doctor is much less than satisfactory. I have been a patient here for years because I was relatively healthy young adult and the office was close and had no wait time. Now that I am older and actually have health concerns I am alarmed at just how uncomfortable I am placing my health in the hands of this doctor. Should I have an emergency and need a doctor at my bedside in a hospital this certainly would not be the one I chose. Looking for another ASAP. I am normally a quiet, easy to get along with patient but had no choice but to fight on my own behalf here because this doctor is so inadequate. He does not listen to you or answer your questions. I have had this experience with him multiple times. I felt like I was irritating him by asking him anything at all and that I had to argue to ask even the simple, short questions regarding a recent major health issue. He is extremely socially awkward and leaves the room mumbling ignoring your concerns and I have to get a nurse to bring him… back to answer my questions. Still, I am forced to turn to google or specialists for answers. When I took a proactive approach to my own healthcare and asked for mammogram and blood work when I turned 40, they seemed puzzled by it when in all reality they should be suggesting it! In the end, the labs showed a serious health concern. I work in healthcare & when I suggested a culture be done for another chronic problem I had been suffering with for years and treated unsuccessfully by this doctor, I had to insist as this office argued with me. The culture showed an untreated bacteria, I was subsequently treated with the correct medicine and the problem has not ever returned many years later. Do yourself a favor and don't consider this doctor for primary care.

I have been to this office several times. The first visit was about 7 years ago when I had a questionable rash on my leg. I could remember the nurse being rude and not wanting to return. Less than a year ago I had what many people would describe as a panic attack. I attempted to find a new primary physician to get a basic check up but could not get another appointment with any other doctor for over a month so I decided to return here. I saw the nurse practitioner and she was wonderful. Remembering this, last week when I felt as though I may have been getting a kidney infection because I had 3 within the previous 4 years, I called this office again. I did not have any typical symptoms of a UTI but did have back and side pressure and pain so I decided to seek attention before it got any worse. I called on a Wednesday as was able to get an appointment that day which was great. The receptionist would not tell me what time they would be there until which was weird. I told her that I had… to work as long as I could so I would take the latest appointment available. She said 2:00pm and I told her the earliest I could be there was 3:45pm. So she said ok. I wondered if I had said 5:00 if that would have been alright as well? Once I got there they had my appointment but for someone else with my last name. When reviewing my insurance one woman asked the other woman if it was correct that I had a zero dollar copay. The other woman responded yes, and then told me "No copay, go away." I remember thinking that was really unprofessional. The wait in the waiting room was not long at all - Less than 5 minutes. Once I got to see the nurse I tried to explain to her that I may have a UTI, but with my past kidney infections, I never really had symptoms of a UTI, I just had lower back pain for a few days and the suddenly a horrible fever and went to the ER. I told her that I took a pain medication for a UTI the day before but since have not and that I did not have any urgency or burning regarding urination. Next, I gave them a urine sample and waited for the doctor. When he came in he did not introduce himself or even make eye contact with me. He was looking into a laptop computer which the nurse had just entered her notes on. He said to me, what is going on because I cannot tell by the notes they have here. I then quickly tried to explain everything to him that I had just told the nurse. He got up to see if he could feel my back possibly? I am not even sure if he actually touched my back at all? He sat back down and never once looked up at me, he did not tell me if they found anything in the urine sample. I had to ask and once I did he said yea there's some white blood cells, and he would not allow me to say anything else, he actually continued to talk when I attempted to interject with a question. I actually couldn't believe how awkward the whole exchange was. He asked what pharmacy I used. Told me that I should feel better by tomorrow and that the medicine could make my birth control ineffective and that if that medicine didn't work I could call back and they could give me something "more exotic." Then he left. He prescribed me Macrobid, which from my understanding only treats a simple UTI. I took the medicine for the next 4 days and although I did not feel worse, I did not feel too much better either. By Monday morning the pain in my side and back were so bad that I could hardly work. I called at 9 am to see if they had the results for my urine culture. (Which at this point I assumed they ordered because I complained of back pain, told them of my kidney infection history, and told them I did not feel as though I had a UTI. ) I called at 9am and the woman on the phone told me that someone would call me back with the results later that day. I told her that what they gave me did not work because I was still in pain. I forget what she said exactly but whatever it was made me think that they never actually ordered a culture, but she did not tell me that, she said someone would call back with the results. I called again at 11am when I still didn't hear from them. This time she was even more impatient with me and told me that someone would be calling with the results and that they are probably calling right now. I told her that I understand that they are busy but that I am really uncomfortable ,and that also I may be getting a yeast infection from the antibiotic. By 2:30 I had a voice mail from the nurse. I called back less than 5 minutes later and told them my name again and that I was returning the call from the nurse. Once she got on the phone she said "who is this"? I thought to myself really, I called 3 times today and just told the person who answered the phone my name and why I was calling. I said This is .. my name. Then she said "ok why you calling" So then I said you really don't know why I am calling? And she said. " What ya got a yeast infection or somethin?" I said I am calling to see if you have my results for my urine sample. She said ok, and after a slight pause said, oh it looks like we didn't get them yet. (At this point it had been 5 days since I was there.) So then I said well did you even order the culture? And she said no we didn't. I was so frustrated with them that I said well this is ridiculous I am not surprised because it seemed like nobody gave a sh*t about anything I was telling them when I was down there and now I have to go somewhere else but thank you and then hung up. That's verbatim of what I said.And although I did not have to be rude I felt as though I was no more rude to them than they were to me and I couldn't expect someone in my position of being in pain and being lied to all day to react any differently. So after I left work I had to go to the urgent care and explain everything to them. That doctor said that the likely wouldn't find anything in my urine because I had alrea

I have back issues which are work related and I was more or less told to suck it up and deal with the pain by the nurse practitioner. The first visit she sent me to physical therapy which helped give me some exercises to do to hopefully lessen the pain of which it did somewhat and then an anti inflammatory to take as needed which did absolutely nothing for me. So while I worked I was still in excruciating pain, sometimes wanting to cry and having to call off work some days or even leave early since it hurt so bad. The second visit she spent literally no more than 5 minutes with me and didnt even listen to me. I was hoping that after previously being sent for an xray and that being useless of which I was told by an xray tech usually does not tell much that she would do more such as maybe an mri or something more to make sure there was not some underlying issue but she just said that to deal with the pain and that I will continue to have it for quite some time until I heal. I asked her… if I should request a leave of absence and she didnt really even have a response to that so in my opinion she had labeled me as a "drug seaker" since she did not want to bother with me. I asked her questions of which half she really could not explain so she really did not know what she was talking about. I have constant pain all the time and i could care less about dealing with the pain, I just want to find out what is wrong with me and she could not do that. I have a couple other coworkers who went through this and ended up having surgery because of it and the only way they found out what more was wrong was an mri. I do not recommend going here at all unless you want to not be assisted with an injury.
