Dumb and Rude

I’ve been under Dr. Arena’s care for 3 years. He is Fantastic! My esophagus was closing and he identified that I had a mechanical problem, which it was. I had surgery the next day. I hope he takes care of me for the rest of my life!

The doctor is attentive and pretty thorough. His office staff is extremely rude and unorganized. They cannot fax properly and daily "forget" to take phones off of the answering service. They yelled at me on the phone because they made an error in my paperwork. My family and I will seek a more efficient practice.

Horrible Horrible The staff was rude. The doctor was rude ~ This guy was unbelievable ~ He must have been upset with the world when I saw him. His diagnosis was completely off ~ Would have been better off going to a witch doctor

Dr. Arena is caring. He is very nice and takes the time to treat you and really cares about your health. I would recommend him.

Dr. Arena has taken care of many of my family members as well as myself. Would definitely recommend him.

I would avoid this place. Arena doesn't listen very well, and then misdiagnoses. He doesn't even take a second to glance at the chart where the nurse wrote the reason for my visit. He then races out. Once they showed me into a room that hadn't been cleaned yet! Dana is just OK, but she wrote the wrong dosage for the antibiotic Augmentin, which is a full 10 days Dana, not 7! I'm so happy not to have to go back there.

Front desk staff is extremely rude. The most I saw of the doctor was his back as he was exiting the room. Honestly, the whole exam took less than 2 minutes. I never received a full exam or felt comfortable that I had a good diagnosis. Would not recommend.

The office is a joke. They will not be helpful, act like you are a bother, let you know you are a problem when all you are asking for is what any medical office that cares-delivers. ONLY good in the office is Dana, she is caring, professional and accurate. Dr. Arena was a cold fish, with an uncaring attitude.

The staff acts like your putting them out. The Dr. is patronizing , Was never within 4 feet of me, Wrote a prescription without diagnosis. Acted like I was wasting his time.
