Dr. Joseph S Arnold

This Dr promised he could fit my 89 year old father a comfortable denture. For 6 months he kept going back because they would not stay in his mouth. He couldn't eat for 6 months while going through this ordeal. They aligned them twice in month but still did not work. The last visit they tell him he needs implants under the dentures because of severe bone loss and the dr could do nothing more for him. I guess he developed the bone loss really fast because was never mentioned at the first consultation. We go back today trying to get a refund so he could go see another dentist. His total charges were $3,700 and after going round and round with 2 of the staff members we got nowhere. We asked to talk to the Dr but he would never show his face. They 2 staff members finally came in and put a envelope on the table and was saying goodbye yo us. I looked at the check for $547, was shocked. Blah blah......long story short he has teeth he cannot wear. We are still fighting it, I will keep you… posted.

Dr. Arnold is a nice guy, but you can only get so far with that. His office is gorgeous to make up for the lack of personality of his staff (especially the blonde at the front desk). It's hard to even talk to her over the phone. Her attitude screams "I'd rather be dead than here". I have insurance and the ability to pay out of pocket for my co-pays and I have a wage works card from Aflac to pay any extras at the time of the service. They billed me over $100 of added fees months down the road. I will not go back here.

This dentist allowed me to be in constant pain for over 3 years. I would let his staff know that I was in pain they/he were never attentive to my pain. I email the office concerned about about the lack of care. They promised to do better but yet again they failed. The reason for my pain was he did work that he was not equipped to do. I had several permenant bridges done by this doctor one fall, out after a year. I finally went to see a Dentist in Atlanta to find out that I did not have enought bone in my gums to support the appliances he placed in my mouth to include the misalignment. He was horrible to me

The staff was great, however when I was in the room having a procedure, he seemed to degrade his staff. It was awful too witness.
