I wouldn’t waste your time here, I went in filled out paper work brought it to the front desk and the lady asked how old my kids are. Without even looking over my papers (which may I say I have good insurance my husband was in the military).And my kids were sitting there being quite and she watched me walk in the door.but I told her and she said well we don’t allow kids in the clinic. I said ok well it is just a consultation to see if I wanted to use dr Austin as my doctor. And I have never been in that office which is why I was there to begin with because we moved here recently.And she proceeds to tell me I should have got a reminder call (never got one) only a text that never stated anything about not bringing kids. Then he apparently left to go to Jackson. Which is fine I get that.but it was never stated when I checked in. So she says we’ll just reschedule your appointment so you won’t have your kids. Ok rude but Ok then she picks up the phone! No one else is around it was just… her. I wait 3-4 minutes and just leave because I wasn’t going to continue to have my time wasted. Last I checked the person whom is there in front of you in more important don’t pick up a phone in the middle of talking to someone without saying anything to the person who you were talking to before. No warning at all. Until they get new people I will not be going there.

Dr. Austin was ok. Not terribly talkative- didn't really try to get to know me or ask about me- just down to business. No kids allowed in the office (sign on the door says no kids under age 12) which seems a bit ironic for an OB's office not to be child-friendly. Waited an hour past my appointment time.

After the labor and delivery nurses did not let me out of the bed to have a bowel movement I pushed one out while delivering my baby girl. He says "ugh, someone needs to clean this up." Then he screwed his face up. Was it really necessary for him to say anything? If I had done it on purpose I would have made sure it was runny! How can you be an OBGYN and be that bothered by what comes out of a woman's body? We are told to push like we are having a bm, so bm sometimes happens. Maybe he should be serving grub in the cafeteria!
