Dr. Baker did my surgery. Top notch dr. An surgeon. Looked at my case an gave me my options an. Then gave me his reccomendation on what i should. Everything went smooth an he came an saw me every day i was in hospital. Highly recommend.

Dr. Baker performed a surgery on my husband to repair a bicuspid aortic valve and a small aneurysm six years ago. When I came to visit the day after the surgery, I found my husband unable to see, with his eyes all over the place, unable to move his arms, unable to swallow, and unable to breathe on his own. Dr. Baker told me that it was a textbook surgery and he didn’t know why my husband was in that condition. All of this led to many other things that went wrong, but ultimately finding out he had an anoxic event that was never truly explained, but caused him to have seizures from the brain injury. This in turn caused another anoxic event. My husband was no longer my best friend when I brought him home from the hospital two months after his surgery. He was supposed to stay for five days as he was only 45 at the time. He no longer understood how to be a husband or father to our children. He no longer knew how to control his anger and rage, or his affection for women. All of this… ultimately led to our divorce after 25 years of marriage. More damage was done on the day of the surgery than if my husband hadn’t survived. My husband’s heart worked better than it had in years, but unfortunately, he lost everything else in the process. We lost everything in the process.
