I have MANY health conditions & have been seeing many specialist for YEARS! I GUESS you could say I'm a Dr CONIOISSEUR! LOL Well, I had the PLEASURE of seeing Dr Ballaro a month ago@ MedExpress. I can't BEGIN to tell you how IMPRESSED & AMAZED I was @ what an INCREDIBLE, AWESOME Dr he was/is! He is KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH, KIND & CARING! He TRULY cares about EVERYONE of his PATIENTS! He takes the time to LISTEN & is very UNDERSTANDING! Called me 2 x's to follow up! NEW PRIMARY Dr!!

Dr. Ballaro has only been my Dr for a little over a year. I find that he takes the time to listen and is very detailed in documenting my health records. For years I complained to Doctors that some thing was wrong with my vitamins, no one really cared. Dr. Ballaro pinpointed my problem. I am very thankful. Never had any issues, staff is very nice, very helpful. I never seem to have a long wait time, except when I went in for my first appointment. Maybe I go there days with less foot traffic. He was recommended by one of his patients and I wouldn't think twice in recommending Dr. Ballaro in the future.

Dr. Ballaro is the best doctor I've ever been to. I see that many patients in the waiting room feel the same. There is a bit of a wait but I think that everyone who is his patient knows that and appreciates the kind of care and treatment they ultimately receive from him is worth every second of the wait. He give unprecedented medical care. You will never receive the same from any other doctor. He actually saved my life.

The staff is wonderful. Sandy is probably the best part. But I couldn't do it anymore. Every time I have been there I have had to wait over an hour. One time I waited almost 3 hours for a test that took 5 minutes. Everyone I have spoken to has complained about the same thing. He is very nice, but I can't deal with the wait.

I arrived to my appointment a few minutes early because I was advised I needed to present my pictures ID and insurance card, Upon arrival I was greeted by Sandy who was extremely pleasant and helpful, The down fault I have with this office is the waiting period to see the doctor, I had to wait over 2 hours to see him, And a staff who has a deep accent and who does not know how to spell. Will NOT RECOMMEND. SANDY IS THE ONLY COURTEOUS STAFF IN THE OFFICE

He really cares about his patient's. Very detailed in questions, and notes that he takes. Great and friendly staff. Only negative...which is probably due to a strong positive...his bed side mannor..is that by spending so much time w patients, appointments can be delayed. Over all..a great doctor. He will be my Doctor for the rest of my life!!
