We were one of the first to sign up with Dr Joseph Bandeira when he opened his current practice. We had been searching for a compassionate geriatric specialist for my 80 year old sister who needed someone to give her the time and attention she needed to coordinate medical care at this stage in her life. We have been rewarded with 2 years of supeb care from an excellent physician who has engaged with us to improve her access to high quality care while striving to keep my sister in her home. I have been particularly impressed with his referrals to the top physcians for specialist care. He has also gone to bat for us to get approval for professional home care when we need it. Imagine a doctors visit that last over an hour focused on just you. This is what Joseph provides.

Dr. Bandeira gives clear explanations to caregivers that are also empathetic to the patient’s emotions. He or his staff respond to phone inquires promptly. He gave me the thorough help I needed in establishing a caregiving plan for my husband.
