Dr. Joseph D Becker, DO

Dr. Becker has been our trusted pediatrician for over 23 years. He's spot on with everything he's ever told me about my children and I trust him completely. My son's entire leg was swollen a few months ago and I brought him into the office. Dr. Becker advised us to go to the ER immediately. It turned out my son had an acute DVT and pulmonary embolism. I can't even begin to think about what could have happened it we were sent home. I will be forever grateful for the outstanding care and compassion given to us by Dr. Becker. He even called me in the hospital that evening to see how my son was feeling. Dr. Becker is an excellent doctor. He is very kind, caring, knowledgable, and understanding. I highly recommend Dr. Becker. Thank you, thank you!!!!!!

Dr. Becker is terrible! Horrible bedside manner and always sarcastic. My son is on the spectrum so he decided my daughter was too without any evaluation. After leaving the practice and seeing a specialist all she needed was ear tubes (which dr. Becker insisted she didn't need). She is thriving now. I wish I had listened to my mom instinct sooner!

Just love Dr. Becker,would never go anywhere else.

My son has been under Dr. Becker's care for almost three years. We have compared a few pediatricians and Dr. Becker is absolutely outstanding. He is knowledgeable, perceptive, careful, and approachable. We have moved out of West Chester but because of him, we are willing to drive for a bit long distance.We just went to him this morning with an accident--my son's arm was pulled too hard and he couldn't lift it. We brought the suffering baby to him and he immediately knew the condition based on our description. With a small painless maneuver, viola, my son's arm could move as if nothing had happened. This is just one incident, but each time he gives the best advice. I recommend him with not a bit reservation.

We have been taking my son to Advocare/Broomall Pediatrics since he was born. Dr. Becker is by far the best doctor this group has on staff. He is a to the point doctor who listens to all of your concerns and answers your questions with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Always is kind and engaging with our son. His bedside manner is top-notch. We have found the other doctors is this practice to be less than stellar, but it's because of Dr. Becker that we keep coming back!
