Dr. Joseph Biederman, MD

He has treated 3 of the 4 people in my household..... but all 4 of us owe him our lives! He has improved our performance at work and school. Our relations and communications umungst ourselves has dramatically improved. His kindness and profound sympathy towards children who have been bullied saved our son from ptsd-like symptoms that develooed from a series of incidents at school. The school did nothing.... Dr. Biederman did.

I have been Dr Biederman’s patient since I was 7 years old he has helped me tremendously, Teachers were 50% of the problem your head had to be glued to a Book and comprehend every single one fart, it took time to figure out I learn hands on with no books, today I am 45 and still see Dr B he has helped 1000 of kids

My 3 children and I saw Dr. Biederman in about 1990 . The reason I I haven't seen him in a long time is because my family and I moved back to Missouri several years ago. He was the FIRST doctor who figured out what my problem was. Back in the day when "only children" had ADHD and some of those other things, he diagnosed me with ADHD. Likes to push and promote drugs to toddlers, invented the nonsense Childhood Bipolar and is arrogant and self-important. The worst Doctor ever.

Only prescribed drugs that made me suacidal. Don’t do this to your kid.

Do not go to this guy. He does not cure any problems. Add is not real. Spend time with you child and put in the hard work to help them learn. Drugging them is not the answer. Spoken by an adult that was diagnosed and treated with drugs as a child. The drugs only make issues worse.

I would give him no stars if I could. He took 1.6 million from Big Pharma, didn't declare it, and then claimed he was God. He is behind the nonsense childhood Bipolar epidemic, which results in kids as young as 3 being given anti-psychotics and other powerful and dangerous drugs. Rebecca Riley died through taking a cocktail of psychiatric drugs at the age of four. The DSM even refused to put Childhood Bipolar in and it is not recognized anywhere else apart from the western world. Geez. A lot of things could be behind kids tantrums. Lack of sleep. Diet. A broken home. Undiagnosed Autism or SPD. Abuse. Why can't kids be allowed to be kids and why do they have to be pathologized and drugged continually. I know people who have dealings with Biederman and they say he is arrogant, hot tempered, bombastic and a wiseacre. This man should have been struck off and banned from practising for life. Appalling individual. I think he's greedy sociopath.

My son arrived on time for his appt., checked in and was informed Biederman was running "15 minutes late". My son saw B. take several other patients in (apparently for 10 minutes each) After waiting over TWO HOURS (after 7 pm) the maintenance staff informed my son that "Doctor" Biederman "left an hour ago". My son has had 3 appts with B over the past 5 months - all but the first inadequate. I was hoping he would conduct an evaluation and provide some advice/referrals. But B. just hands him a prescription for Ritalin with nothing else. I am a physician and will take this as far as I need to get this charlatan out. I am sure my son is not the only one who has been mistreated.

Do not go to him he takes way to long plus he was involved in a scandal and lawsuit involving putting little kids as young as 3 on bipolar meds
