He has awful bedside manner and is very rude. He basically cuts you off before you can ask questions. Can’t believe Mercy would hire this guy.

I took my husband to the emergency room after having seizure like activity. We spent most of the time in the hallway. He was told to go into one of the rooms and lie down on the hospital bed where the med tech started the EKG. Dr. Bistrain came in to read the results and spent all of 45 seconds talking to us. I tried to ask a question and he cut my off. I had to pay for half of this service as the insurance did not cover it. So basically we spend $3400 for the doctor to not give two craps about us.

Good Samaritan Hospital scam artist. Presented a postcard during admitting process like a real estate agent. Asked patient to touch one stop with one finger as to location of problem. Sent home with antacid rx. The following day reported to El Camino Hospital, Mountain View, had appendicitis confirmed, went straight to surgery. INCOMPETENT
