If you ever feel like paying for a doctor when all your kid ever is seen by is a Nurse Practitioner, then be sure to go here. If you ever feel like paying double for a doctor's visit because they will not treat your child during a "well checkup" and force you to come back before they'll help you.... be sure to take your children here. If you ever have the burning urge to have a conversation along the lines of... "You have an outstanding bill of ...," "Okay, here I have my card here. I'll just give you the number." "Well, um... you see.... our credit card machine is broken. So, I can't really take payment from you over the phone." "Well, then why did you call? I'll be in tomorrow with my daughter. Could you have told me then?" "Well, I'm just calling to inform you that we won't see your child until that is paid, and you'll need to bring either cash or check for that." Then, please, by all means take your… child here. If, however, you'd rather have your child seen by a doctor, that you paid for, while also having a competent and ethical staff and billing department, then I would strongly urge going somewhere else. I was told to call in the morning for a time to pick up medical records. I called as directed and was told the medical records would be ready within an hour. I showed up one hour later and was told the medical records will be another 1/2 hour. My child whom they have seen the day before was still sick but needed these medical records for his school. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me which was clear.
