I recently saw Dr. Buono for the first time. He's a very caring, down to earth and professional doctor. He listens very well and was therefore able to make an accurate diagnosis and set me up with treatment that worked as explained. Though I hope it won't be for anything other than a well visit, I will definitely continue to see him as my doctor.

I have been going to this office since 1991. It was always a great practice. In the past if I called and was sick they would have always seen me or my children. The waits were always ridiculously long but I was seen. The last two times I was in desperate need of a doctors visit I had to leave a message on an answering machine proming a call by the end of the day. I called at 9 am the office was open till 7pm. They called back mid afternoon the following day and I was told they were too busy to see me. I could understand if I was calling for a well visit but I was very sick and was told maybe in 2 weeks. Dr Buono has always had a great bedside manner and was always easy to deal with. The old staff was great. The staff that is in the office now are cold and rude. They are extremly unhelpful. After all these years of going there I am extremly disappointed.
