Dr. Joseph Edward Calhoun JR., DO

Dr Calhoun is the best, he helped me lose a ton of weight, he’s very thoughtful, explains everything thoroughly and listens to what I have to say. ?? My only complaint is that his office stopped accepting my insurance and now I have to find someone new ?? makes me very sad!!!

Excellent practice. Great, personable doctors and staff. Wait time is less than 5 minutes, comfortable and clean waiting room and offices.

As a product of an extensive medical family, I could not be more impressed with Dr. Calhoun and his willingness to explain & discuss all issues, return my calls the same day, and consider my thoughts. His practice is professional, empathetic, and I am so blessed to have Dr. Calhoun as my "Family Doctor." Thanks to the entire staff.

Dr. Calhoun always takes his time to address my medical concerns. He is so wonderful to call past office hours with my lab results. Dr. Calhoun is one in a million!

Dr. Calhoun helped me thru a horrible time with my husband dying and kept my health good, CAN'T do much better than him and his staff.

I would not recommend this doctor. Wrong medication was ordered for a refill request because the two medicines started with same letters. He ordered lab work without a diagnosis on prescription and payment was denied by our insurance. When I contacted the office to have Dr. Calhoun resubmit a proper code to the insurance company so they would cover the cost - he refused, leaving me to deal with the insurance company and a collection agency for a bill of more than $500.00
