Dr. Joseph Anthony Cambio, DO

I cancelled a recent appointment due to my wife's medical emergency. When I was able to reschedule I called and spoke to a scheduler who set an appointment for today at their West Warwick office. I wrote the information into my paper calendar as we were speaking and also immediately entered it into my iPhone. When I arrived for my appointment today I was told that I did not have one scheduled in West Warwick but did have one on the books for later this month at another office. I was upset by this and was told that I could sit and wait in case something opened up sometime today. Unacceptable. I can't comment on the doctor because I did not see one but I have to believe that anyone who tolerates such a shoddy practice is probably a shoddy doctor.

A+ for patient care,diagnostics and after care. Treated in hospital and office. Pre and post surgery. Considerate,explains everything and LISTENS to patient. Only draw-back is he doesn't do primary care. His field is urology. :)
