Dr. Candio is all that one would hope for and expect from a doctor.

Getting through to this office regarding mutual patient care is horrible. Our staff called several times within a 1 hour time period for a cc of ekg. Three different nurses were immediately put on hold and left on hold for over 15 minutes. Due to the poor customer service a patients surgery had to be cancelled because we could not get a simple fax of an EKG. Why?....because none of the staff had the curtosy to pick up a physicians office waiting on hold. I have never experienced such impersonal customer service. And our mutual patient was disgusted. What if our office was calling with an emergency, or our physician was left on hold for that time period. Please discuss with your staff some simple customer service skills and please start considering other peoples time. This was such an unprofessional and disgusting experience, not only for our physician but also for Dr. Candio's patient.
