Dr. Joseph Leng Chang, MD

Mr. Chang is the worst physician I have ever dealt with in my life.

My daughter was sent to the ED from her primary care's office for a question of an allergic reaction that they considered needed additional eval and IV steroids from an Er. Especially since she had no history of allergies. This doc was nice but useless. He made us feel like we should not have been there. Was not willing to do any testing/meds until we pushed him for it and made him call the primary care's office. What a waste of time and money. He sent us home with steroids by mouth which we could have gotten from the primary care's office. I had to take my daughter in that same evening for additional treatment thanks to this guy's lack of treatment.

My visit to the Winchester ER, although a long wait (many Monday emergencies) was assuaged by the professionalism and kindness of Dr. Chang. He was thorough and treated me with great respect. I am grateful—being in the emergency room is never easy!

Went to ER and he was the physician. Made me wait 6 hours to tell me I needed a CT scan that couldn't be done for another 2 and half hours. No IV fluids, pain medicine for pelvic pain or IV antibiotics. Could have cared less.
