Dr. Joseph Michael Charles, MD

I heard bad things about Dr Charles from a few ppl the whole time I was pregnant, so I was going to a different obgyn.. The dr I went to ended up not being able to do my C-section so Dr Charles had to do it...I was one of those types that didnt want a male obgyn, but Dr Charles is AMAZING & I honestly wouldnt go to anyone else now. I'm soo glad he was the one who did my C-section, that was 2 1/2yrs ago & he's still my gyno.. Just shows that u should never listen to rumors!!

He is the only doctor I trust with my prenatal care and delivery. He was my mothers OB/GYN and my sisters and my step mother, he also delivered both of my kids.

While Dr. Charles is a personable doctor I was being induced because of preecplasia, Instead of prepping the OR he keep hoping I could push my child out, her heart rate dropped to the low 40s, and I gave her one hard push ripping open my perineum that required 20-30 stitches, on top of that my daughter wasn't breathing. She eventually pinked up, but his laziness almost cost a life.

Ive been knowing dr c for 9 yrs and he is the best ob gyn. ive had him for all 4 pregnancies and i am planning a preg now and wouldnt have no one else. i pray for his courage and strength and wish him all the best of luck.

i had him as my obgyn when i was pregnant the first time and this time, he was also my sisters obgyn too. hes a great doctor very nice and caring and prompt!
