Dr. Cinderella, and his entire staff, go above and beyond the highest level of platinum medical care. Everyone, from receptionist, to Coumadin Clinic, to the Nurses, and to Dr. Cinderella himself, delivers the very best care and concern for each and every patient. I am not an easy patient to work with, due to multiple medical conditions, but everyone who works there (as part of the team) gives every patient their very best care, concern, listening skills, positive interaction and emotional warmth for every visit, and every time. I would never consider anyone else for my Cardiac care besides Dr. Cinderella. There aren't enough ways to express my gratitude for the very best care found anywhere. First-rate care in the Berlin office, and worth the wait. More than 40 people recommend Dr. Cinderella, and I could not be happier with him. His Berlin office staff really goes the distance to listen, empathize and communicates well with eye contact, and a smile. My experience with the Salisbury office was a complete disappointment; future appointments will only be with the Berlin office. 5 stars ?????

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Cinderella for 10 yrs..never had a bad visit..he's extremely competent and caring

Waited for appointment and disappointed with the time and attention I received once I got there. Had major heart surgery and moved to the area one year later. Wanted a check-up and had my files transferred here. The doctor didn't even bother to look at them prior to walking in to room. His staff also doesn't know their anatomy. Going elsewhere for better care.
