Not happy with the care my father received here, Alexis, needs social skills, rude,disrespectful, unprofessional, she told me over the phone ,"Let me tell you something _ oh no Alexis ,you do not dictate or tell me anything about my father myself or my family ,you are very unprofessional, when a patient is elderly or old ,this office wants to put them out to pasture and die, maybe it's time this facility puts themselves out to pasture n call it quits,

I’m new to town and arrived 10 Minutes late due to construction in town .. was told he couldn’t see me since I was late. He had a meeting! Meanwhile paperwork states he may not see you after 20minutes late . When I said this to receptionist she said well actually ur a half hour late because ur supposed to be here 15 minutes early and I said u never told me that.. and besides I completed all the paperwork.. long story short doctor says he cant see you ..so I took my papers back n scheduled with a much more professional office downstairs!!!

He leaned his forearm on my breast to listen to my heart. Ladies, stay away.

Expect to wait a long time. The other comments are right. The nurses talk behind your back. The doctor makes me super uncomfortable but maybe that’s just me?

staff talks about other patients- or you behind the glass as if you can hear them- very un professional- I had a run in with a very rude staff member on my first visit- I will try dr cirello again - he changed my meds and I seem to be on track- however if u go to him just know as soon as u leave the other patients will hear a conversation about you...

Your just a number. Very judgemental staff. They quietly talk about patients behind there back when they think you can't hear them. Embarrassed me infront of an entire waiting room over $10. The front desk women is rude and condescending. Waited in the room for 45 minutes until the dr came in. He spent the entire vidit on the computer was never examined. They play favorites and if your not the patient of the week expect nothing but a bill.

Saw Dr. Cirello in Milford Urgent Care for a broken hand. He is customer service oriented.

Horrible doctor. He spends absolutely no time with me when I am in his office. He is rude and thinks he knows it all. Emmy his nurse is great along with the rest of his staff. I do not recommend him to anyone. He needs to remember to be courteous to his patients. Currently in the process of looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Cirello and his staff are probably the best facility I have ever been too. Both him and his staff are so caring and I receive excellent care. He is very recommended.

He prescribes unneeded medication. He forgets what medication he gave you the prior visit. Sends you for unnecessary tests. Charges for shots not given. If needed he sends you to equally incompetent doctors.
