Good doctor - HORRIBLE OFFICE for APPOINTMENTS, BILLING, PRESCRIPTION REFILLS. when you need heart medication and regular check ups - this is NOT THE PLACE to go if you plan on having a healthy, well maintained life after a heart attack

I've had several bad experiences with the clinic. They make huge errors with billing insurance, they mess up prescriptions. But this last one is a deal breaker. After three weeks of the front desk messing up my prescription renewal...my health is at risk. Staff is rude and incompetent to say the least. In order to live, i cannot stay with this clinic.

I've had a few issues as a patient with Dr. Condon. My latest issue will be my last. Previously I've had problems getting call backs on my request to review my blood work. Three times I requested that someone contact me on prior bloodwork and it was not done. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they had some office turnover. I really liked the previous office manager who was curt but had a good dry sense of humor and we hit it off. My last incident was just yesterday, Dr. Condon recently put me on Atoravastin. I fought this for awhile as I didn't want to go on another med. I finally gave in and agreed to take this on a limited basis. I do trust him he is a good Dr. and has a great bedside manner. I took one pill last weds to start these meds. On Friday morning, I woke up with a rash on my ankle, I really thought hard if I'd done anything differently in my diet besides starting the new med. I had not. By noon the rash had turned to hives, spreading on to my arms and… legs. I decided to stop in the office to see if they might be able to help me figure this out. The new girl at the desk took curt to a new level, I told her what was going on and she said she'd get a nurse to talk to me in a minute. I waited about 15 minutes, no nurse came and talked to me, I re-approached the desk and was told that the Dr. would see me but it would take a little while. My wife and I finally after being in the waiting room for about an hour decided to leave. The response? Not..." I'm so sorry. are you sure?' Not, " don't go... were taking you back right now." The response? " OK... I'll cancel you out of the system " She or the Nurse who was standing next to her, didn't even bother to look up as we walked out the door. I decided right then and there, that I'd NEVER set foot back in that office. Too bad such a good Dr. has to have his reputation stained by such a staff.

Dr. Condon has a warm caring manner. His concern for his patients' health is apparent. He explains the situation completely and frankly and is decisive when it comes to making recommendations for care. I truly feel my life is in his hands and I am glad to have him on my side.
