Dr Crunbless will give you any medication if you ask him. He also prescribes a lot of unnessary medical tests. A lot of them. The worse thing he does is listen to the spouse without permission. Awful

Are off the charts in my opinion love them like family

I needed a Doctor who would listen to me. Dr Crumbliss has and does. And the staff is great! thank you all

2 months ago doctor ordered a stress test and heart monitor for heart issues. I take my orders to the font desk (jerry). She says she will schedule the tests and call me. Month passes and nothing. I go back in for same issue. Doctor gives me orders for same tests. I take orders to Jerry. Jerry says she will schedule and call me back. Over a week passes and no phone call. I call jerry she seems shocked that the orders were not scheduled. I inform her SHE was the one who was taking care of scheduling them. She starts stammering around and giving excuses. she says she will call me back....still haven't heard from her. Hope nothing is real serious with my heart. On the up side.....Mary is awesome. Doctor is okay. Wait time is a toss up. Sometimes I wait a long time while other times is a short wait.

OK so i have been with Dr Crumbliss since i was 13 being that I really had no choice because growing up that was our family doctor. I am Now 23 years old and let me tell you this is the worst doctors Office EVER.my most recent experience was in SHORT WORDS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Front desk as In jerry the on that answers calls HORRIBLE

Waited over 3 hours to see doctor this is not the first time and is probably the last time in such a hurry to leave didn't care what he had to say useless visit I'm done

I've seen this doctor 3 times (long story as to why I went 3 times). I've never waited less than one hour and one of the visits was > 2.He did my labs, put me on cholesterol meds, and has yet to address the issue for which I made the initial appointment.Insurance or not, these 'professionals' get paid a lot of money for a service. I am the customer and time is money for me as well. Unacceptable customer service. Steer clear.

Seems that he just likes to throw more pills at the problem instead of trying to resolve the issue.

Easy setting a appointment but wait time is terrable. My case 3:45 appointment, move to exam room 4:50, 6:00 pm asked how much longer, told 3 ahead of me. Did not plan on a half day visit to renew prescriptions. As a new patient this was the worst first impression ever and I went home without ever seeing this doctor

I have found that Dr. Crumbliss has a habit of prescribing medications for everything instead of figuring out the problem. I have been on a mood stabilizer for over 5 years and NEVER had a problem with it. I went in for postpartum he proscribed a depression medication as well as an anxiety medication. When I had told him that mixing these medications weren't working he increased the medications. He also increased the depression medication because I was having issues with kidney stones as well as cysts on my ovaries, I have PSOD. On top of all of these things the wait time at his office is extremely long. It took from the time I was suppose to be seen until I left about four hours. The visit itself was about ten minutes.
