This Dr. Joseph Emile. He has limits on his ability to practice and he is currently under monitoring for his actions with his patients. Avoid this creep. He is on probation for until 2032.

This doctor had his license restricted by the Medical Board and now must inform all new patients in writing that he is on probation and why his practice is restricted. Don’t go to this creep. He preys on his patients for sex.

Dr Cummings is a very knowledgeable doctor. He is very helpful and is always there to answer questions. He seems very kind and caring. I believed and trusted him. While under his care after surgery we became close. Too close. We became sexually intimate and had a full on turbulent affair. I was in a very vulnerable place and it took me breaking things off for 7 months to see how toxic and wrong it was. I do not believe I was the first patient and sadly will not be the last. Even though he is overweight he complained about overweight patients and made disparaging comments about them. He is not the soft spoken caring doctor he portrays. I am in the process of reporting him. I don’t want another vulnerable woman to go through what I did.
