I have never had a worse experience in my life. This office performed an annual physical for me in July, when I asked them to fill out a form two months later they stated that my physical had "expired" and I would need to come in again. I waited seven days to receive test results on leg swelling to determine if I had a blood clot. I thought that it would be more important, since it was to me. But when I called (5 times) I was told they would get back to me. It wasn't until I showed up at the office that they finally gave me the results. I got a mammogram and then got a call from the lab saying they had scheduled me for my follow-up sonogram for the abnormal results they received the following day. Apparently my doctors office didn't call me to inform me of the reults, just scheduled the sonogram and called it a day. And just now I was informed that just because my other doctor was moving didn't mean I would automatically get a referal, I would need to come in for that. Another co-pay.
