Dr. Joseph Dee Summers

After waiting weeks for an Rx to get ok'd by doctor's office, finally being told that their fax line was not working so the pharmacy and the insurance could get no response to their inquiries. Finally got through, and it was ok'd, but prescribed at the wrong dosage. The pharmacy questioned this, was told by an office worker that my Rx had been changed even though it had not. I called and the office worker said she'd check on the discrepancy, but without the vigilance of the pharmacy I would have been taking the wrong dose. It is difficult to communicate with anyone in this office since their fax machine is broken and even though I left several messages on the patient portal, no one ever got back to me and when I called they told me the portal had been broken for months. Nothing against Dr. Summers, but his staff should be more careful about giving out incorrect information and they really need to fix their fax machine and the patient portal.

Excellent and smart young doctor. Pleasant and always on time.

Excellent care, diagnosis and the office is very easy to deal with. I can get in almost always the same day I call.

Dr. Summer is very thorough. He has a wonderful bedside manner. Never seems to be in a hurry. Willing to spend time with patients.
