Dr. Joseph R Disabato

Dr. Disabato is very well versed in newer techniques. When I first came in after a bad sprain not healing, he sent me to PT. It made it worse, so he did an MRI which showed I had torn ligaments. He apologized for not doing it sooner and putting me through more pain. I respect a doctor who takes accountability. It helps build trust. He subsequently operated to repair the ligaments and did a fantastic job. No infection or problems with the incision. Not going to lie, the pain was pretty unbearable at times, but his work was great. I can tell that he really cares. Gives you his personal phone number to answer any calls post op or otherwise. That's impressive in this day! Thank you for the great care and compassion you've shown with the pain I was dealing with Dr. Disabato! The whole office staff is wonderful. Only gave 4 stars due to long wait times in the office at times.

From the first phone call i had when making appt. I knew my visit was going to be great.The staff was great & Dr. Disabato made me feel so welcomed he was able to give me all the answers i had been looking for he was the best only wished i had been to him sooner

My first visit was to find out what I had torn in my foot. I had torn my planter plate. While at this visit I mentioned some issues with prior surgeries done earlier in life. He spent a very long time with me explaining all of the mechanical issues that were affecting not only my feet but how this was also affecting my hip and knee. I had spent 12 years suffering needlessly. He is so knowledgeable and professional I was immediately amazed. I am now on my 2nd corrective surgery with one more to go. Both surgeries have turned out perfect! I never dreamed someone could even fix these types of issues. I would recommend him if you had to travel from across seas. I will always have 110% faith in his abilities. I just can't say enough about how talented and educated he is and how that knowledge and his abilities literally saved my quality of life.

Not satisfied with results nor bedside manner. Doesn't spend enough time with his patients nor takes patient's concerns seriously. Very stiff in nature.
